Beautiful hotel. Rooftop pool was nice, view from rooftop was amazing. Staff went out of their way to take care of us. Will definitely stay again.

The condominium is very new and safe. The wifi speed is very good. The fridge is big and you have everything you need in the kitchen. Quick response from the "hostess" (that's what they call themselves). Never had a problem with the hot water. Water for the toilet wasn't working. There is a 7 eleven very close to the condominium.

The property offered seclusion, privacy, and the pool was spectacular. Close to town for dining options. The hotel staff was welcoming and amenable to our needs. If you do book this hotel, dont book villas 1 or 2. Further down=less noise pollution.

We liked everything about it! It was very pretty, spacious, and conveniently located just a 5 minute drive Tulum town strip. We like the warm and personal welcome, with welcome drinks, too. Everything was as what the photos look like. Everything was clean and towels were changed everyday. There was air-conditioning unit as well. We super like the outdoor shower that was still very private. We especially like the Whatsapp text communication they have as it felt like we could message at anytime for questions without the need of going to reception. My husband enjoyed the plunge pool, too.

Gorgeous little cottages set in a wooded lot..lovely infinity pool. But place seems shut down for season. Empty water filters, no toilet paper, cold water showers, rubbish everywhere.

Amazing place, very calm and inviting atmosphere. We had to check in after hours due to missed flights and reception was very kind to help us. The whole hotel area is amazing, and breakfast (not included) was very good too. Room with big windows, nice decoration and comfortable bed. AC was essential as Tulum is quite hot.
