There are businesses on the 1st floor, but it's very quiet there. The only thing you hear is the occasional train. The bed is extremely comfortable, and they have everything if you want to cook a small meal. The grocery store is only a few minutes walk. The lady who takes care of the place is so awesome. She helped me out several times. During the week, you take take the train from Hilversum Sportpark, which is only about a 10 min walk, to Utrecht, Amsterdam, etc. At any time you can take the train or busses from Hilversum Station, which is about a 20 min walk. It takes about 30 mins to get to Amsterdam by train.

Hövell is set in Huizen, 1.1 km from Wolfskamer, in an area where cycling can be enjoyed. Guests staying at this apartment have access to free WiFi. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Everything you need for a 3day stay is there. Village center is a 15 minute walk away.

The accommodation is made of mainly a wel-equipped kitchen combined with a living area, and an on-top bedroom with an ensuite open shower area, as well as an additional small toilet room. The home's decor is elegant and cosy. While there are people living in the same area, it is definitely quiet, discreet and not noticeable. Our host left us some delicious homemade items to consume at our liberty. Parking was definitely not a problem as we had our own dedicated spot to park in.

Hosts, Bernadette and Michael, were welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to questions. Great hosts. Fridge was filled with a lovely bottle of wine and everything you need for a hearty breakfast, including coffee and tea. Strong wifi. Comfortable bed. The washing machine was a great bonus. There was some road noise, however not audible in the bedroom.
