The Lofot Aquarium is a 3-minute walk away. The location, the cottage, the comfy beds, the kindness of the staf, parking next to our stay, the delicious breakfast.

There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We received one of the warmest welcomes we’ve ever experienced. The owner and his son were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also had the pleasure of buying fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast, which were absolutely delicious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, and both the common areas and our room were incredibly spacious, cosy, and spotlessly clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. We only stayed for one night, but we genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

It´s very spacious and comfortable, you can benefit from completely equipped kitchen and use the washing machine, books about Lofoten, Norway and its culture. We also liked to stay in a local, not touristy neighborhood.

The host gave us all the information that we needed, from how to get to the house to what to do in Tromsø and how to catch the NL! Luckily enough, the house is so well located that we saw the NL right in the backyard! Right in front of the house, there is a supermarket. You literally just have to cross the road, and you are there. The bus station is next to the house, we couldn't ask for more! Awesome place, awesome host! Good for short or long stays, for sure. At the apartment complex, some units are soundproof. I love everything about Alpan Apartments. The location was amazing, facing both the snow mountains and the sea, spacious terrace to see the northern lights. I also enjoyed walking by the sea, eventho it was windy, the view was worth it. The unit was spotless clean and cozy and warm. It is also close to the supermarket. The best part is the owner, Aksel and Natalie, they are so nice, friendly and helpful. Communicate with them so easy and fast response, they will ensure your stay to be enjoyable. They also showed me the best part to see the northern lights (in the terrace was also already amazing) and good hike. Thank you for hosting me, I really enjoyed my stay here, and also for the sauna.
