Casona La Recoleta is located in the centre of Cusco, close to San Blas Church and Religious Art Museum. Casona La Recoleta offers independent apartments that can fit up to 6 people. Fitted with a garden, the apartments feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower, chimney and a full equipped kitchen and living room. I booked 10 days in Cusco in order to have a very active holiday, getting up early and hiking on the mountains. I needed a good night's sleep, and I've found it 100% in this accommodation. The historical center of Cusco is a loud place, cars running on cobblestones, honking, and lots of fiestas every evening. In my room, none of this was to hear. And yet it was a very central location. A perfect choice. Other good things: Perfectly clean apartment, big bathroom, good heating (very important!), very convenient breakfast options if you need to wake up early (many tours start with a pick-up at 4 or 5 AM), very helpful and friendly staff. I would surely book the same accommodation if I could come again to Cusco!
