Hotel staff were incredibly kind. They held our luggage in a secure room prior to check in and helped us to navigate to the hotel, which is centrally located. We (10 people) had arrived early to Aguas Calientes to try and buy Machu Picchu tickets in person. We were unable to get tickets for the next day, so we decided to leave back to Cusco that night. We didn’t stay the night for that reason, but used the rooms for naps and showers. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable with warm blankets. Showers were hot. Solid place, good people.

I was in Cusco from 25 June to 2 July. I chose the Casona Corrales Boutique Hotel for my stay in Cusco. This was my base for the tours I wanted to take below. I booked a standard room. Positive: Staff is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable about the area Room is clean and is cleaned thoroughly Size of the room is good If you go on a tour early in the morning, a packed lunch is provided. Location is optimal for the centre of Cusco (3 min from Plaza de Armas)

I like the view from our room. next to the water creek and it is not very loud. Good nite sleep, very quite. I like their breakfast. So close to town i walk everywhere. lots of restuarants option. Really like Veronica and Magico right across the street . Almost at the entrance to Ollantaytampo ruins. Easy to catch a taxi or tutu to the Peru train station. Derek the front desk was a great help to us. Speak really good english. Friendly and helpful. Even help me negotiate a good taxi deal back to Cusco.

Location location location. Best views of all of Peru anytime of the day! Service is beyond what you can imagine! Jose, Luis, Juan Carlos, and chef Samuel love what they do. You can see they pour their heart in their work. The activities are amazing! I never thought the hanging bridge was that long, the zipline is longer than expected. Expect to have adrenaline pumping activities! Oh did I tell you food is non-stop with their five course dinner and breakfast! Best food in Cusco-Ollantaytambo!

Multilingual staff were really friendly and welcoming. When we returned from the trek to Machu Pichu, they let us shower in our room even though we had checked out. We really appreciated that as it made the journey back to Cusco bearable. Thank you! Large double room with private bathroom was comfortable and clean with views over looking a square and the mountains. Hostel has a bar, restaurant and some nice chill out areas. Would certainly recommend this place for a night or two.

We felt very good at Novotel Cusco. Very nice and elegant hotel, right in the city center. Staff was incredibly nice, always smiling and the atmosphere in the hotel courtyard was special. The breakfast was one of the best we had in a hotel. They had anything one can imagine, even ribs and soup for breakfast! Very good fresh fruits and juices, vegetables, all sort of cheese etc etc. They also offer breakfast boxes for those who have early excursions.

Wow. This place is probably one of the best places we have stayed in Peru. The place is so charming and the garden is lovely, blooming and green. It’s so much better than staying in Cusco, I definitely recommend you booking this place here and enjoying the peace and quiet it offers. The staff is super nice, welcoming, we even left our luggage for 2 days there for free, while we stayed in Macchu Pichu. Cannot recommed more.

Bed was super comfy. Shower was good and water hot. Room was pleasant temperature (not cold and freezing like others in Cusco). Service from lady at reception was exquisite. She helped me and friend with luggages (women power 💪🏻), she also helped to unblock toilet (this is common problem in general in Peru) and she brought us to room delicious breakfast in bed 👏🏻 she was just great! I believe name was same as mine, Alejandra.

Hotel was very well kept and staff was excellent. Breakfast was great and had variety of items. There was always tea available if needed. Room was spacious and very well kept. Cusco is cold at night, so it was great to find out there was a heating contraption available in the room. The bathroom was nice and great hot water. Locations is fantastic and close to many restaurants, attractions and the main square.

Patti (La Jefa) is an absolute legend! I cannot say enough about how lovingly we were treated during our stay in this modest and unassuming little village between Cusco and Juliaca. Anyone looking for a base to go visit Rainbow Mountain on their own, I cannot recommend any hotel in Peru more highly if for no other reason than how pleasant and kind our hosts were. The owners are the loveliest people ever - so welcoming and will do anything to help you. The breakfast on the terrace in the morning is gorgeous and we loved it! The road the hotel on is perfect with lots of restaurants and only a short walk to the centre of cusco. They hold your bags for you as we did 4 day Machu Picchu trek. Thank you for the BEST stay! <3

Basic hotel with clean bedroom and bathroom, good breakfast and nice location, only a few minutes walking to the main plaza. Patricia, Henry and Elisban are the best people hosting, very kindhearted and helpful. We felt like at home and strongly recommend this affordable hotel in Cusco. Oh, they have this bread Oropesa style for breakfast that was the best we had in Peru!!

Wakapunku Boutique Hotel in Cusco exceeded all expectations! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. When one of us fell ill, they promptly arranged for medical assistance, showing incredible kindness and dedication. Their hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Very big and comfortable rooms. Enough space for big luggages. Very clean roon and toilet. Recently renovated rooms. Location very convinient, 1min from Estancia San Pedro, where you can take Perurail to Machu Picchu. 7-8 min walk from Cusco Main Square. The stuff very helpuf and friendly. They prepared fo us breakfast box when we had to leave early.

I recently stayed at this hostel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of Cusco, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The hostel also offers hot water, which is a great perk after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, they provide luggage storage, which was very convenient.

Yani and her family are wonderful hosts. Very helpful and friendly. They speak good English. The room is very inviting and comfortable. At nighttime it's very quiet. I loved the hot showers! Bathroom was only shared with 1 more room. Some may prefer to stay right in the city center of Cusco, I actually liked to be a few minutes away from it.

The view of Cusco was lovely as the lodging was high above the city. The lodging was also located on the walkway to Christo Blanco and Sacsayhuaman. Angela the property manager was very helpful and accommodating, securing us the BEST DRIVER EVER. We used Walter throughout our 2 week trip to Peru. He was exceptional.

Hotel in the middle of the town in close proximity to train and bus. Looks like is new or recently renovated, Rooms, bathrooms and bedding were clean. The was no problem to leave our belongings in the hotel while we visited Machu Picchu and collect them in the afternoon before boarding return train to Cusco.

A super nice hostel in Cusco. Every evening, there are cool events in the bar, and the staff is also super friendly. Franzi gave us a small tour of the hostel and then showed us our rooms. After our stay, we were also able to store our luggage in the storage room for the rest of the day.

Try to book one of the rooms with a view! The room lovely and the bed and pillows were the best during our time in Peru! The staff is so pleasant and helpful! They provide you with hot tea which they bring to your room! If we ever come back to Cusco we would love to stay here!
