Great location very close to the train station but also convenient to the town center and ruins. Beautiful surroundings with lovely flower bushes all around hotel grounds, and a gorgeous mountain backdrop. Clean and spacious rooms. Very helpful staff, safely stored our luggage during our visit to Machu Picchu. Nice tasty and plentiful breakfast.

Q'ente Wings had only been open for 10 days when we stayed for one night. We felt like royalty! The whole establishment was very clean and new. Water pressure was high and the room was comfortable. We had an excellent view of ruins from our room. Being from Alaska, the room was a bit warm so we slept with the balcony door open. Breakfast was more than enough for a day of exploration and well presented. It was served atop the rooms for an excellent view of the city from all sides. Best view in town! If ever back in Ollantaytambo, we will be staying at Q'ente Wings!

We booked the quad room, which was surprisingly spacious — our two teenage boys especially appreciated having their own beds after long days of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, with plenty of food options, cafés, and markets just steps away. One of the highlights was that our host filled and heated the jacuzzi just for us — such a thoughtful touch and a great way to relax in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this hotel in Ollantaytambo. The location is excellent—just steps from the main square, with easy access to small restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of the Ollantaytambo Archaeological Park. The hotel also offers great value, especially considering that breakfast is included each morning. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were always available to answer our questions and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. On the day of our trip to Machu Picchu, we had to leave very early (around 5:30 a.m.), before breakfast was served, and they kindly prepared a breakfast to go for us to take on the journey. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great experience in Ollantaytambo. The location is far from the center in a mountain, with great view and amazing vibe. They have a driver to pick you up from the main square that will take you to the hotel. Amazing room and facilities, such a thoughtful staff. 200% worth the stay

It’s a brand new property right on the main square with modernist design plus enough electronic outlets with USB ports and good WIFI. It’s good value for money and well designed. The best part is due to the ideal location of this property unlike other hotels you don’t have to drag your luggage through this old Incan cobblestones to get to your hotel. The freshly American breakfast was hearty and great convenience for the hike of the day.

The setting is lovely, the courtyard is very tidy, there is a shuttle service to and from the town, and the breakfast is delicious, staffs are friendly.

This place is amazing, the staff the grounds etc. They have 2 alpacas that live on site so that was also really cool. The room we booked was more like a house. Two stories, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms. It was amazing and we kept comparing everything to Del Pillar which was impossible to do because Del Pillar was the BEST. We especially loved the staff, they were incredible. Our favorite human was Audry, she was not only amazing but so incredible kind, she spent time with us playing games and teaching us language while we were sitting at the bar/restaurants. We really felt like VIP 1000% of the time, she played with our son, made recommendations on the town. Just an incredible human. Honestly Del Pillar was the best stay we had in Peru and the best staff, they even took care of me when I came down with altitude sickness. Just beyond grfeatful for them all.

The room was very comfortable. It had a double bed plus a single bed and a table with two chairs. The bathroom was a bit small but very convenient and had a window. The view from the room was very nice (we could see the archeological site of the incas on the mountain) and it was very bright in the room. The hot water from the shower was working great. The breakfast was good, apart from the normal continental stuff the hostess cut fresh fruit every day, which we enjoyed a lot. The room and the hotel was very clean, they cleaned every day everything. The hostess was very friendly and kind. Also, she kept our luggages for two days when we left to visit Machu Picchu and returned. Would definitely recommend this place.
