We were welcome by their lovely staff and Paul's Mom, and immediately, you feel welcome and well cared for. Beautiful surroundings, amazing apartment with all amenities and comfort you can wish for. The apartment was immaculated clean and so comfortable. It's a perfect location to explore the island in all directions. We loved particularly Anse Solei , Anse Louis, and Port Laury. Sadly, we had to leave early due to a family emergency, and Paul and Mom were so accommodating and lovely with us. Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Otantik Residence and I must say that our experience was exceptional. Benjamin, the host, was incredibly welcoming, he met us in the airport (at midnight!) and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He was always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was also fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the dishes and table-ware available for self-catering, including coffee machine, oven, refrigirator etc, and also washing machine (and even iron with ironing table! :)) as well as a snorkeling inventory, shortly saying - everything one need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with fantastic views (both from the balcony (sea view) and a kitchen (mountain view), about 10 minutes ride by car from the city center (car available for rent on-site as an option), aslo with access to public transportation as well, the bus stop is about 200 meters from the property. Overall, I would highly recommend Otantik Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area with beautiful views and without the crowd of the city, but pretty near it.

Jardin Du Roi Spice Garden is 2.9 km from the apartment and Domaine de Val des Pres - Craft Village is 5.2 km away. the location is perfect, it might not very close to the beach (10-12 min walk) but you live in the pure nature; the owner Lisa is very friendly and helpful. The appartment is spacious enough and with the equiped verranda; the bed is so comfortable, the air-condition works without any noise. There is no any noise outside, just the birds and bats)). Lisa is very skillful in cooking. If once she offers you to cook something for you, don't doubt and agree! She makes delisious fish.
