I loved staying here, the location was great for me - quite near a metro station - near Chinatown but not right in the middle of the busiest streets. Self check in worked fine though a helpful member of staff actually carried my heavy suitcase up the 3 flights of stairs when I arrived. There's no staffed reception but the cleaning staff I saw were lovely and friendly and I got replies to WhatsApp queries right away. Decor in room and hotel was lovely and I appreciated the large fridge/freezer (convenience stores within a minute) + having access to washer and dryer was invaluable.

The large bed sleeps wonderfully and three airco's keep the place cool. Communication with the host goes smoothly and they helped with carrying our suitcases up and down the fourth floor. We highly recommend this apartment.

Being down a few side streets also meant it was a quiet area without too much traffic. Staff: Very friendly staff, we arrived very early in the morning and a staff member was there to check us in. That small gesture was wonderful. Every time we saw them they were always smiling, and seemed genuinely happy. Cleanliness: All the common areas were cleaned daily. If you wanted your room made up you just had to hang up the sign. Features: I appreciated that each floor had a communal sink so that you could clean your dishes, and cutlery (provided in the room) after eating. AC worked well, and cooled the room down quickly.
