Right outside the Old City Spa, is a stand alone travel & tours outlet which sells all the famous Chiangmai day tours at a discount. You cannot find anything cheaper elsewhere. This hotel really has every advantage in terms of location. We also love our room. It is quite big and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the block out curtains helped us have a good night sleep. But the best part of The Old City Rooms is the kindness of the owner. They responded to all our queries in a timely manner, accommodated all our requests, made sure we are always comfortable, and in our last day they even allowed us to use the shower after our day tour before our flight even if it was way beyond check out time (we we're also lucky nobody booked the room for that day so we were allowed to check out late). When you stay at this hotel, do not miss the spa experience, which they offer for guests at a huge discount. Amazing spa facilities. We enjoyed everything especially the ice plunge. This hotel is highly recommended and will be my only go-to hotel every time I'm in Chiangmai.

I was tempted to extend our stay just to enjoy our room a little more. Don’t let the low number of reviews scare you, this place is a hidden gem. To name a few things we loved: - Huge room - Working AC - Beautiful bathroom with a curtain for showering - Good water pressure - AMAZING coffee stand next door for early morning coffee - Great night food market 15 mins from the room - TV with things like Netflix, Prime Video, and more - Very nice hosts

The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is less than 1 km from Chiang Mai Gate. Rooms are fitted with a balcony with city views. A place with a great location and fresh air. Cozy, clean studio in a house with a stunning view from the roof of Doi Suthep. Everything exactly corresponds to the description and photo. Therefore, I will not describe the room, everyone can see it in the photo. I didn't have any complaints. And I definitely want to stay here on my next visit. The owners are very nice and helpful. They also have a really sweet dog called Mayom, he might bark when you first get there but once he knows you he’s very friendly. Quiet and safe neighborhood away from the Main Street

With pool views, this accommodation provides a balcony and a swimming pool. All rooms are fitted with a patio with views of the garden. This place was perfection. Room was modern, TV hooked up with netflix and all the goods, clean modern bathroom, comfy bed, little place to sit to eat, fridge, pool and outdoor area, everyday we also were left more water, toilet roll, body wash, etc.
