I made a mistake with the reservation and the stuff were quick to fix it and allowed me not to pay any extra fee. The place is brand new and high- standard, with spacious and well decorated rooms, the location is just a few steps from the beach and facilities are amazing. A special shout to Ms. Oii and the staff at the reception for being so welcoming and helpful. It will definitively become my go-to place for when I am in Pattaya.

Spacious, clean, well looked after apartment. Very comfortable, couches and beds and pillows great. Smart TV and WiFi available. Photos up to date. On site parking, good security with buzzered gates for entry and exit. Cleaning completed exactly when advised. Owner nice enough to come in early to accommodate an early check out for us.

Boasting a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and a shaded sun deck, Citismart Residence is conveniently located in Pattaya Central. Good location, quiet and very clean. Staff were super helpful and went out of their way to help me with some printing for my visa; would definitely recommend

Conveniently located on Pratumnak Hill, Westbury Residence is a 0.5 km to the city centre and Pattaya Water Park & Tower. Pattaya Bay and Jomtiem Beach are within walking distance. This is best spacious property with all amenities except washing machine. We get large flat tv smart with all access to apps in hall and a led tv smart in bedroom as well. Centralized air conditioning, fridge, dish washer, stove gas, sofas, fan, wine glasses, glasses, all kitchen items. Host is best lady supports everything we need, levels there but all have lift service. Location is best to go spa, bars, 7/11, 2km to walking street. Value for money. Thanks again

Super location, beautiful, nice apartment with everything you need,(kitchen utensils, washing machine, 2x TV, balcony) and a stunning view on the beach. The landlord is very nice, friendly and extremely helpful. If any assistance is needed you just call her and she’ll do her best to help you immediately. This apartment is highly recommended!!

In the nearby area within this price range I like the privacy of the room There is a swimming pool where you can relax all day. Can find restaurants nearby very easily. Short walk to the beach.
