New air-conditioning provides a rapid cool down. Double bed comfortable enough. Although the room is quite small the bathroom itself has loads of space. A daily tariff of 600 Baht makes this one of the least expensive options near the Donsai pier area. Obviously very close to hundreds of pubs, clubs, restaurants etc. Noise level low. The apartments are more or less cabins. Certainly not high quality furnishings but covers the basics and does the job for the budget conscious for a few mights in Phi Phi.

Lovely quiet little aparthotel on the sea front . Good variety for breakfast, pancakes or eggs to order . Staff so friendly and helpful , a lovely guy with a torch to help you back to your apartment at night . Definitely stay here again .

We absolutely loved our gorgeous garden view apartment. It was so clean, comfortable and spacious. Out location was really good for getting into the main areas with great restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Avoid like the plaque!! Location ok. First room we was given had exposed light fitting in bathroom!!! Shower only just worked. Aircon a joke Small and dingy Second room, was scared of plugging as sockets were pushed all the way back out of fitting Windows only just opened. Booked for 2 nights Relocated after 1 which was more expense to seek alternative accomodation I'm from UK and we have standards of people are staying at your property. Think booking.com need to pick there act up or I will be letting my garden shed out!!!!

This property is everything you need for a short stay in Phi Phi. The location is very handy, especially when coming by ferry. The room was small but had everything you could need.

The facilities are amazing. Movie nights with popcorn, the pool and the private beach, the rental free paddles and kayaks.

She gave me cold water when I arrived and was perfect because it was like 15 min walking from the pier and there were no bikes or cars on the island, but it was a flat path at least. The room was amazing, the AC works perfectly and the woman who is in charge is really nice. You have free coffee, tea, and toast every morning. You have a beach just around the corner, like 3 minutes walk from the hostel.

The location is great for exploring the island. The rooms itself are quite dated but manageable for a short stay.
