The location is right in the heart of Hanoi, and the room had everything we needed: clean bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom – simple and comfortable. Just a small heads-up: there’s no soap provided, so you might want to bring your own. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She assisted us countless times – especially when we needed to make online purchases that required a local bank account or a QR code. Since we didn’t have one, she offered to buy things for us and let us reimburse her afterward. Without her, we would’ve been stuck. She also offers a professional-level laundry service: the clothes came back perfectly clean and neatly folded – truly high quality. She replies to messages quickly, always checks in to see if we need anything, and even offered us water bottles. When we asked for a mini fridge, she went out of her way to find one for us, and even offered to buy a new one if the current one didn’t work properly. All in all, a wonderful experience thanks to a wonderful person. Thank you so much for everything!

I stayed at a balcony room and it was so artistically made that I was surprised and even extended my stay by one more night. People were sooo nice, there’s a little cafe’ downstairs to chill and have a coffee. One of the best stays so far in Vietnam and I can’t recommend it enough!

So lucky to have reserved this apartment. The facility was great, but what really made it perfect was the staff. Mrs. Tam, the host, was incredibly kind to me. I fell ill with pneumonia/tonsillitis while in Hanoi and Mrs. Tam constantly communicated with me on WhatsApp while I recuperated. She made sure I was OK and had everything I needed and her staff brought me food, etc. And her lovely cleaning lady even accompanied me to the hospital to see a doctor. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me as a solo traveler, so far away from home. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The washer dryer combination was an amazing addition so I could wash clothes, and the kitchenette had all utensils, and even a rice cooker. Hanoi is a hectic, chaotic city, but this apartment is outside the main tourist area, sitting on a side street and is somehow tucked away from the urban craziness. It’s actually quiet at night. The location is right off of West Lake and it’s just a short walk/grab ride to the city’s old quarter. Oh, and the price is excellent as well.
