The host meet you for check in and check out then leave you alone, if you have any questions they are very responsive via what’s app. It’s 2 mins from the pink church . There’s a coffee shop in the lobby or Cong coffee in front of the pink church. We loved it is quiet and off the main road, no sound of honking in the morning. It’s very easy to get a grab from here to not just for a ride but if you want food delivered. We have booked to return in November and would recommend this place to every one.

It’s the cheapest room I found, super value for money. All you need is in the room. The owner Ben is super accommodating. He gave me a late check out so I could do my morning tour and could then go back to the room which was super practical and nice for me. Will stay there again when I go back to Saigon.
