I’ve been traveling around colombia for the past month and Kuima is one of the best places I’ve stayed! We stayed for one night before entering Tayrona National Park, and then one more night when we left the park. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and stored our larger bags for us while we were in the park at no extra cost. At about 2km from the entrance to the park, it’s a great location - far enough away from the madness of the entrance but close enough to walk or hop on a very quick bus ride, also with some good restaurant options in close walking distance. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, the pool was wonderful, wifi worked great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. We found the price to be more than fair. Would highly recommend Kuima to anyone!

The breakfast is awesome and definitely worth it! Staff is super nice and helpful. You can arrange for day trips with them, and also massages on site :) AC works great! Would absolutely recommend for a comfortable stay near Tayrona park

I've been all over Colombia and the staff was one of the best I've seen in Santa Marta and anywhere in Colombia. Hospitable, quick to offer a drink or anything else. Pool area is just like shown with hammocks too and not many people since it's such a small place. Will return.

We’ve been traveling through South America for 1 year and Posada Villa Margarita has been our favorite stay. The place is absolutely magical. It is a family owned posada with an amazing familial atmosphere and the kindest staff that make you feel immediately at home. We ate delicious homemade meals and pastries during our stay. The room was stunning, with a view that looks like a painting. Bed was very comfy and lots of pillows! We stayed in the Mirador de la Sierra room which had a beautiful private balcony and hammock. There is a beautiful pool onsite that overlooks the ocean and mountains, we spent lots of time here! Access to the beach is very easy, a short walk on a stunning plant-filled boardwalk. The closest beach has a great local atmosphere and rarely gets crowded. There are a couple restaurants there with some tasty food and rentable chairs to lounge on if you wish to spend a day at the beach! Access to the bus that takes you to Tayrona, and even further into Palomino is very easy. Perfect for day trips into the park or further down the coast! We had booked one week, and ended up extending for another. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Couldn’t think of a better way to come experience this part of Colombia.

This place was amazing and confortable. Great room and complete breakfast for the money you pay. I stay in the shared bedroom, it has sea-view with air conditioner so you sleep like a baby . I can’t understand why this hostel has bad reviews, it’s clean and comfortable if you are traveling in budget. Marisol, the host, was always nice and made me recommendations to go to the nice places around
