Very clean room and bathroom on the upper floor of the house. Houseowner ist very nice, comfortable person, very busy with work but makes room to show you secret places in the area or cook dinner with you, if you want.

When I booked the property, I didn't know that it was a house managed by a couple. A day before my arrival, I wrote a message about our arrival at around 8 PM. I received a response stating that they live in the house and I can get the key upon arrival. I realized that the property is not a hotel and it's a house. I was worried about collecting the keys late in the night. It was drizzling when we arrived and Mr Hanssen was at the door to receive and hand over the keys. He explained everything about the house, places to visit, and the location of the restaurants. It is not far from the Flixbus station, but a bit far from the train station. But, I could walk to both places with my large luggage. Upon arrival, he offered chocolates to my daughter, which she really liked. It's a large house with a comfortable bed, nice paintings, a kitchen, and a very good heater. Three of us stayed, but four people could comfortably stay. I am likely to visit Sondeborg again because of my collaboration with SDU, I will stay in this place if it is available.

Good location with free parking. Huge modern apartment with well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms (one is a passage room) are upstairs and accessible via a spiral staircase. Very clean. We had problem with the enter code but the host solved our problem very quick.

Location is great! It is a 3 minute walk to the mall and downtown area. The host is very responsive and was always willing to help with any request we had.
