He gave us a couple of recommendations on places to visit and activities which were going on during the time we were there. The property has a nice terrace where you can enjoy the great views of the mountains surrounding it. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The appartment was very modern and beautifully decorated in a mixture of different styles. Located high above the valley it was calm and the view towards the Mountains, the sea and Agaete was stunning.

For us it was an amazing and heartwarming experience. We wanted to get away from busy tourist areas and into quieter local areas, and this accommodation was perfect for us. We stayed in the top floor family suite with jacuzzi, which had fresh fruit and beautiful views waiting for us when we arrived. The accommodation had all we needed to cook and have a great time. The host, Levy, is a wonderful person and we were incredibly lucky to meet him. He went out of his way to make sure we experienced Agaete and Gran Canaria to its fullest. We can't wait to go back again!

Very well equipped kitchen. Lorena even got us a new Dolce Gusto coffeemaker (also Italian one available)! Matras was good, two separate bedrooms provided for flexibility. Pallet stove works good after you've gotten to know it a bit. Location is perfect, there are two hikes on Komoot that start at the house. Also we put them on Outdoor Active. There were some little things that we communicated to Lorena, but nothing important. Tip: look up the coordinates of the house before you travel and navigate on that with your car, because the address led us both on Google and Apple maps to a wrong location. Its also a number 13 but a different one! Zoom into the map and you will a sort of chair with two legs, this is where the house is.

José and Silvana, the owners are very warm-hearted and friendly, as well as their children. The whole family is also very children friendly. We stayed with our little 1,5 years old daughter. There were cute cats around the house and the owner has a small farm close by. We went there quite often to see the sheep, goats, chicken...and José was always happy to see us and we could even assist when the goats were milked. The (rocky)beach is about 25 min walk from the house. There are hardly any tourists. When we were there in February March, the waves were too high to go swimming, too dangerous as well with the rocks. The charming village is nicely situated between mountains and sea. In the village, a nice hiking trail leads to the charco Azul waterfall. Behind the house another hiking trail uphill. The terrace is great for taking sunbaths or just watching the stars at night. Internet worked very well. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There were even fruits and wine for welcome. There is a bar in the village. Close-by as well a nice viewpoint, the Mirador de Anden Verde.

The staff were all really friendly and were willing to provide whatever we needed. The resort was STUNNING! The views were brilliant and the layout of the whole place was wonderful. So much more than we expected - the pictures don’t do it justice. It is remote and secluded as much as you want it to be - stay there, away from the world, or go and visit the nearby towns and villages for some more food options and different culture.
