Location with a car park was great for us, 20min walk to old town along the lake. 5 min walk to start the hike up Mt Baron. bike hire 3min & supermarket 8min walk. Even though no outside space the large window (view if Mt Baron) was lovely. and good for drying clothes.

The woman in charge was really kind and friendly. The apartment was perfect, clean and confortable. We will repeat!!!

The hosts were amazingly cool, friendly, attentive and responsive. They are very kind people and prepared the place well. I felt very welcome. The place is super close to the centre, in a beautiful and calm area. The building is very secure. There is a fan in the room to help with the heat.

Amazing location for what was needed-- between the location of the Annecy Festival and Mifa at the Grand Hotel- and the old town. Beatiful views once out of the apartment, but not much from the balcony. Balcony which is for show as it cannot be walked on being so small. In fact the two big windows have wooden structures over them so the view is mostly blocked and windows can only be slid open marginally. The apartment is completely furnished in a lot of wood. Wooden framed structures on every wall forming shelves, cupboards, closests, drawers-- Far too many for any real use. And far far too much wood for a hot souther French summer. The decor made the apartment super hot- a heat which could only be appeased by air conditioning. Unfortunately the living room air con machine leaks-- and the bedroom air con machine is right next to your ear when sleeping. There's no way to sleep without it-- and there's no way with it as it's like a jet engine roaring by your head BEWARE of the caution-- I was not asked for it in advance. I was asked for payment on the week prior to arrival so I don't understand why they don't just take it then as a card payment. In the terms and conditions it states that a caution is required on arrival and paid for by CARD MACHINE-- But I was asked for it in CASH. Which would be returned on the morning of my departure Not happy about giving so much cash to a stranger so I insisted on a bank link for the payment. SO aside from the intense heat, lack of air, incredible sleep depriving noise, and cash in hand on arrival request-- I would say it was a good place to stay in
