Fabulous location, close enough to Brighton, but far enough away in the countryside and yet still fairly close to the sea. The village and street was lovely and quiet. Delightful (albeit windy) walk over the Breacon Hill reserve to the charming Rottingdean village. The house itself was modern, spacious and clean, with nice quality bedding. The kitchen was well equipped, but I still brought along a few stainless steel and enamel/cast iron pieces thankfully, as I don’t like Teflon. It was lovely sitting on the terrace for lunch and late afternoon when the sun was shining. Brighton is about a 10-15 minute drive. All in all, a wonderful stay and would love to return!
