It is very quiet location. Merag is a village with few people, it means - no store, no restaurant. If you like it and don´t mind to cook yourself or take a car and go to a restaurant in a nearest town Cres, it is very good location for you. We liked it. Also we had a trip to Cres by foot through Sveti Bartolomej (app. 5 km, 1 hour). This trek offered very nice views.
