Wonderful and clean swimming pool with perfect temperature, very clean apartment, very pleasant host and his Mom, few minutes to the beach, few minutes to the historical center, we had apartment with a nice sized balcony, which was very useful and the apartment had really everything we could think we need and more, the kitchen is very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Great supermarket just two minutes by foot. You get your own parking space included in the price. It was nice and quiet, AC worked perfect. We paid €100 as deposit in cash which we got back and also we paid for the beach umbrella and beds, which is extra, but at the same time it’s nice that it’s always there for you when you come to the beach. Otherwise, the apartment has also sun beds and an umbrella, which you can take to the swimming pool, those you have to bring back to the apartment in the evening . I also loved the possibility to make coffee, there was percolator and regular drip coffee maker. What made it really comfortable and user-friendly is that the kitchen also had a regular oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen towel, dishwasher soap, and regular dish soap. When I did my research on where to stay considering the beaches in Caorle this eastern beach of Levante came out the best for people who want to relax, a little bit more comfortable and friendly atmosphere for kids. The water is shallow, the waves are fun, you can rent some paddle boats. And there is a very friendly beach bar with good food and drinks.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast. The breakfast was superb, good selection and it was refilled frequently, so even if someone came in the last minute was still enough there. There is a small gluten-free section as well. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the location of the hotel is great! We got beach towels and beach bags to use, private beach is great!

We are so grateful to our host Sara who is very generous and welcomed us with a tray of cookies on our arrival .After a long tiring travel, it was exactly what we needed 😍 The location is very near to a supermarket, at the Palamare Stadium where we attended an event and also at the beach.

Amazing location only a few steps from the beach and all the restaurants/shops. The place is super clean and the owner helpful and nice. Great place. Bonus: it has everything, unlike other apartments that are always missing something.
