The host and the apartment is great! Giancarlo is amazing and very hospitable. He came pick us up and drop us from/to the train station. He also provided fresh fruits from his garden. He has lots of treats for us too! He really went his way to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is also amazing! It is actually bigger compared to what you see in the photos. It is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a bus stop near it. It is complete. It has everything you need. Amazing amazing!

10 stars! I had a wonderful time at this hotel! I especially want to highlight the owners Mirka and Alessandra. They are incredibly hospitable and friendly people who do everything they can to make every guest feel at home. The hotel has a special, very cozy atmosphere. Everything here is done with taste: from the stylish interior and exterior to small details, like the rug in the bathroom (it seems like a trifle, but it shows genuine care for the guests). The breakfasts are simply a work of art: they are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The location is ideal. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. The beaches are paid, but you can always swim for free on the shore. Another big plus is that you can park your own bicycle in the yard. You can use the shared refrigerator and washing machine, and also eat on the terrace, where the owners are happy to provide dishes if needed. While the shared refrigerator was convenient, having a mini-fridge in the room would be a fantastic addition👌

The room was very clean, quiet and spacious. It had a nice little kitchen that had everything except an oven and was well stocked with coffee, water and snacks. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the start of the leisure district. A block from the canal. The entry instructions were easy to follow.
