Location is good, ideal for families and kids. Italy can offer much more beautiful sea, but this is how the sea is in this area and if you are ok with it, this place is perfect. The swimming pool is fine and very easy to access, perfect. The kitchen was fine. We did not miss anything. Just remeber to take everything with you, including stuff for cleaning. Nice to find a roll of toilet paper for the first day.

We did have a very nice week at sea side Attic We are a family with 5 people, 2 adults and three children. We loved the apartment. It was clean and fresh, Lot of space for a big family, air condition and wifi was very good. location was excellent close to the "main street" just a distance so the noise did not disturb in the nigth. Close to beach, supermercados, restaurants ++ and a good problem free private parking. (lmportant, since you can walk to everything from sea side attic :) ) Hosts was friendly, helpful and polite. Also we did like Rosolina Mare, a long good beach and lots of activities for people at any ages.

Everything is close to the apartment, grocery store, bakery, restaurants and the beach. There are washing salon only 2 min away from the apartment so you can wash used clothes, with washing machine and tumbler, it takes 30 min for washing and 12min for tumbling, 6 euros for washing and 2 euro for tumbler. The parking next to it, has a charging station for 4 electric cars but you need your own plug for it. You have a forest park behind the apartment where you can take a walk. The parking on the apartment has 4 parkings below trees, so I would recommend to take a tree resin remover with you, to remove stains on the car, 10km away is a few car wash stations if you need it.

Very good location close to the sea and in the very centre of a town. Responsive and helpful owner. Fluent and easy check in.

The apartments are quite new, clean and with private parking (incl. EV charging). Beaches, shops, church are all in walking distance.
