We checked in late at night, and Andre took great care of us and got us situated. We stayed in the Deluxe King Hasten Suite (which is not a king bed, but a queen), and it was beautiful. We also ordered in-room massages with one of their vendors. Slight hiccup was that the appointments were for Mon, but she didn't arrive due to child care issues, and we rescheduled for the next day. It was great. The property itself is fantastic with cork walls, wooden decks, and many small design details that we appreciated. The shower was very large and had plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Our own Netflix account was super easy to connect to their TV via the supplied QR code. Every morning, there was free breakfast, and it was freshly made and delicious. Plenty of free coffee, tea, and juices in the breakfast area adjacent to the lobby. Breakfast included chia puddings, uniquely prepared egg options, pancakes, etc. We also got to know Jason there who was also fantastic and very hospitable.

An excellent venue for a family holiday and a great base for visiting Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon. There were nine of us, including three young children, and there was lots of space for everyone both inside and outside the house. All furnishings and equipment are of a high standard and the pool, playhouse, football pitch and play area are great. This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in and it is hard to find fault with it. In addition, communication from the people who manage the property was great and we appreciated the welcome pack of local food and drink. Strongly recommended!
