The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We traveled to Lisbon over the New Year. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the hot water boiler for the shower and, due to the holiday, it couldn’t be repaired during our stay. The staff gave us an extra room for showering and a refund - all while being so apologetic and kind. Great service! Great breakfast. Great central location too. Can’t wait to go back.
