The hosts were very easy and pleasant to communicate with, and provided a great personal touch to the place. The place was very cozy, and had all the amenities someone could ever need. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cookware, kitchen appliances, and basic pantry items. Towels and linen, as well as toiletries are all provided. The sauna also works perfectly, and had a convenient access to the patio for a cool down in the snow. Finally, the location was unbeatable as it was only a couple of minutes from the Olavinlinna castle, the city center, and walking trails on the islands.

The landscape, comfort, food, staff, and peace really are unparalleled. On top of everything we even got to charge our car a bit during the night to help us reach our next destination. Without a doubt will be visiting again.

Great location not far from Savonlinna and in the famous Kerimäki village. I was really impressed with both exterior and interior of the hotel. Even in-door and on-window locks look authentically. The breakfast is tasty and provides a variety of meals typical for such kind of facilities. Room was clean and well served for me at the moment of arrival. I've noticed the hotel is quite popular as there was a noticeable number of quests There is a number of POI in there, first of all, the Kerimäki kirkko. It definitely worth to visit

This property is set on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, lakeside sauna and homemade Finnish food. Breakfast is fantastic. It offers homemade bread, jams, porridge and seasonal products. Something you can not buy directly from groceries (=positive experience). Really a tasty breakfast ! The room was spacy enough, comfortable beds, quiet location made sure a good night sleep. There is also combined kitchen/living room in all guests use. This is a perfect location if you like outdoors and plan to go on daily hikes. Exceptionally experience is a true Finnish landscape. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the sauna by the lake (you must experience this!) but next time for sure! The airport is 10mins away, but have no fear, there are like 2 daily flights from Helsinki.
