We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

Amazing location near the beach and at the end of a dead end street, very peaceful. Beautiful view and modern amenities. Two toilets were great, comfortable beds and a great balcony. The dishwasher was great. They also let us have a late check out, which was amazing.

We loved the luxurious private pool, great location just a few steps away from the sea. Excellent host, super friendly and resolved all our issues within few minutes. A 6-minute walk from Beach Sipar, PERUNIKA BED & BREAKFAST is a recently renovated 4-star bed and breakfast in Mošćenička Draga, featuring rooms with free Wifi and pool with a view. Wonderful location. Hosts were lifelong residents of the area so they answered our questions about what to see in the area and dining recommendations. It was very quiet as it was still in the shoulder season. The property is very new, well cared for, nicely designed. Breakfast was exceptional, with options for eating inside or outside on a private patio area. The swimming pool was not opened for the season but it looked like a nice feature.
