Good location to reach all the main points, great room size, fan and AC, nice toilet with hot water, super clean. I really appreciate the balcony with 2 chairs to relax with garden view, quiet area, you can easily enjoy your time here. I loved the hotel restaurant, great local food for the cheapest price in the village. Super friendly owners, I wish to go back one day.

The property is close to Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, St. A very nice homestay - you really feel being invited to a home of your long term friend. Harry and his wife are very kind and gentle. The home made breakfast was amazing. Perfect location - just in city center, so you can explore all old Kochi by feet. Harry also gave great recommendations for the restaurants, helped to book theater tickets and secured local rickshaw at the fair price. We will come again!!

Guests staying at this homestay have access to a terrace.... Josey's Homestay is a bit special - Josey and her brother really look after their guests - I had to leave for an early morning flight and they kindly made breakfast for me. They offer to do clothes washing if you need it for an extra INR 200. I could make tea in the littke kitchen and there is a communal dining / seating area. The rooms are simple and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower works well. I used the ceiling fan - if you need A/c their is an extra charge. I prefer fans. It was in a great location in the old Fort area and e cellent value for money.
