The exterior and the interior are designed beautifully. The place is very specious and clean. It has multiple furnished balconies in every level which allowed us to enjoy watching the sunset. The property is very accommodating for big families and the owner Rashid is very responsive and kind. The watchman was available 24/7 and he was very polite and cooperative.

Set in Sowayma and only 2.8 km from Amman Beach, The Precious Guesthouse offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We loved our stay here. The house is very cosy with only a few rooms, which meant we had the pool practically to our selves most of the day. The food was the best we had all trip and the staff is super helpful. Especially the manager Alex! Would 100% recommend staying here.

Geries is an amazing host and very welcoming. He bought us a lot of water and Nice food in the fridge so we could have breakfast in our flat with the beautiful view on the sea and the pool. He also provided sea shoes so we could swim in the dead sea. The flat was just perfect, spacious, very nice view, contrains Everything that could be needed even a tv with soo many Chanels The dead sea is accessible and with a lot of mud. The restaurant inside the resort makes some very nice food but also the samarah mall is very close and u can have some good seafood there. The flat and the resort exceeded our expectations, we recommend it at 100%

The whole complex was very nice. The appartment had everything we needed including an area to sit out near the pool. There was 2 pools, a jacuzzi and a kids pool. The dead sea was a 2 min walk from the appartment. There was plenty of mud available to use. There is also a restaurant in the facility. The mall was a short walk away. The staff were lovely and friendly.
