Everything was fine, the house is beautiful, the rooms newly renovated, the owner cooked a delicious dinner for us and joined us afterwards. The family is extremely friendly and our stay was very familiar. The breakfast was also very tasty and varied. At the end, we were given cherries from the garden - all in all, a perfect stay for us, no ifs, ands or buts!

We really felt at home and everything was terrific…from the homemade breakfast to the heated pool to the immaculate rooms. The Location is gorgeous and there are some amazing local restaurants. The guide to the area that they have personalized is very special and unique! They have put in a lot of work to the property and the experience and it really shows. The bed is also the comfiest we have come across throughout Portugal. We only stayed 2 nights, but if you can stay longer, there is so much to see and experience, but you can also just power down and relax as well. Thank you casa carvalhal!

Hosts are very kind and very nice. The BBQ is wood fired. They supply wood, and you can also pick driftwood from the beach. Quiet setting. We just love this place and we will definitely be back.
