The staff is super nice and kind. The apartment was great and very comfortable with an amazing view. We loved everything. The small room in the basement with some gym equipment was just perfect.

Apartment was practically new.All the furniture and appliances were new.We stayed as a family and we had everything we needed including full kitchen set up for.a long stay. It was very clean which is a big plus.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I made my reservation yesterday at around 3:00 PM through Booking.com. Later that night, I arrived at the hotel expecting to check in, only to be told that my room had already been given to someone else and that they could not accommodate me. This situation is completely unacceptable. I was left stranded late at night in an unfamiliar city, forced to walk around looking for another hotel while carrying my luggage. Instead of checking in and getting some rest, I had to spend hours searching for accommodation, causing me significant stress, inconvenience, and unnecessary expenses. First, I want written confirmation that I have not been charged for this reservation. If any payment or pre-authorization has been processed, I expect it to be refunded immediately. Second, I believe I am entitled to fair compensation for this unacceptable experience. I booked through Booking.com expecting a reliable service, and your partner property’s failure to honor my confirmed reservation had a serious impact on my trip. As a customer, I expect Booking.com to take responsibility and offer an appropriate resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. The rooms, the bathroom and the tv. The fridge, the garden and the table in the garden. The fact that both rooms had AC's.

Kristijan is s great host, always available when needed, kind and very welcoming. The place is new, clean and comfortable. We had a really pleasant stay! For the location you definitely need a car, it's not that it's far from the city center but Sarandë terrain configuration is hilly, and you would be very tired going up and down the hill by foot. But the view from the apartment is great.

Ths brand new, beautiful, family owned and operated hotel checks all the boxes for an exceptional experience. From the pristine cleanliness of the rooms, to the delicious, freshly-made from scratch breakfast each morning, their meticulous attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. You may check in as a stranger, but you will leave feeling like family. If you are planning a visit to Sarande, I highly recommend a stay here. 100/10!

Very clean place in a quiet neighborhood and the hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was amazing and homey.

My family and I stayed here and had a lovely experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The three level pool was easily our favorite part of the hotel. It was perfect for families with young children because each level had a different depth. Our kids spent most of their time in the shallow area where they could play comfortably and safely while we relaxed nearby without worrying. The pool bar and restaurant were only a few steps away, which made it easy to grab drinks without leaving the pool area for long. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We genuinely had a wonderful family holiday here and would happily return again. 😍😍😍
