The hotel owners have curated a MASSIVE collection of mostly modern art and hang it throughout the hotel. Most wonderful thing I've ever seen in a hotel. Gym was also superb. Pools were impeccable. Staff was bright and cheery.

    Upgraded to the gold club and I can’t recommend it enough. From check in, to all the snacks and drinks, and most importantly the nicest and most helpful staff, it was great. The pools are nice, as is the beach club with the cove and separate beautiful beach. The food was high quality, and while overall pricey throughout the island, found it to be worth it. The proximity to Hamilton, the staff and the amenities will have me coming back to the Hamilton Princess the next time I’m in Bermuda.

    breakfast excellent but pricey. beaches were the best although a 20-minute ride required. pools excellent. grounds clean and easily navigable. on-time of shuttle to beaches.

    I can't say enough about the property. The pool is amazing. Great food, great drinks, and entertainment. The staff was friendly and attentive. The private beach is a slice of paradise.

    We visited between Christmas and New Years so Bermudas beautiful beaches were not a priority for us. The location of the Hamilton Princess was perfect; in the town of Hamilton, close to the ferry dock, restaurants and shops and central on the island for trips to the north or south end. The staff were all fabulous - helpful, friendly and efficient. We had no problem with the added daily gratuity of $39 on the room charge or the 17% added everywhere. The food was ok, regular big hotel fare, except at Intrepid, which was fabulous.

    The private beach was awesome, but it takes about 15min-20min by bus (free, provided by the hotel), and the bus is a bit old
