Beach Hotels in Bávaro

Had an Emergency to leave no air conditioner on Saturday night & I had to leave. No staff on Sunday morning. Need refund, I only stayed one night I am very upset. (I spiked to a cleaning man that told me I need to wait until Monday that the staff came in)dirty corners room. “I am not happy”” , at all. Plus I tried calling booking.con your computer system didn’t work when inputting my reservation# . “”I am very Upset with your company”. The transportation was a mission they didn’t want to pick me up from the new hotel I got, they wanted to charge me extra money, not a good reliable transportation company & nasty. “”I think I won’t do business with you again””. “”Telephone number to have someone help you & I didn’t have internet””. Very upset.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!! The host REALLY OUTDID HIMSELF with thinking through what was needed for a perfect visit. For me, the coffee and tea tray were a bonus!!!! 🤭 The private pool and beach items didn’t hurt either. 😍 Alex was very attentive and resourceful throughout our stay. We will definitely check availability when we visit again! 🤗😎🥳🤩

The room was spacious and clean, staff was great and the resort itself was beautiful! Wild animals you normally wouldn’t see at a resort were a nice surprise too!

Property itself is huge, you could walk there like in the park, and it’s well maintained and clean.

Everything was neat and cute. Has washing machine and laundry room in the apartment.

From the moment I booked it until check-out, everything was extremely well coordinated and taken care of. I have never seen such a perfect apartment for rent and I've used AirBnB and Booking many times, from super clean to great contact throughout. Highly recommendee as a play to stay, even if it's a drive to everything because it was 100% worth it!

Staff attention, installation and food.

Before we came here we stayed for 6 days at Dream Flora resort in Punta Cana 5 star hotel, then we moved here for 4 days since the place looked great on pictures they had at Booking.com , plus the price was a lot more affordable.. The food is not as good as at 5 star resort we stayed in before we moved here, and some facilities are little bit more worn down, but other than that this place is awesome. It is very relaxing, you pretty much right on the beach , great view from balcony.. Great friendly staff and very cozy place just to kick back and relax.. My family loved VIK Hotel a lot more than the 5 star hotel we stayed before we came here, it felt like home...

I am from Europe and the experience was excellent. I travel with my baby 11months and my son 7years old. The resort was very good with samll children. The water was filtres and they helped me a lot with bottle water so i can wash the baby bottle. Ala carte restaurant was on the top especially the jappanese, they have a lot pf organization in the evening. I want to mention that all the waiter in the beches was very friendly and asking all the team if you need something to eat. The food was on top, even our hotel was sold out you never feel that is crowded.

Great hotel. Food was generally well done and delicious, the only downside being the French restaurant which was horrible the day I gave it a try. Rooms are big and new. Golf cars help you get to your place faster. Some facilities have a low number of staff so you might need to wait a little to be attended.

The staff is so nice. We went for our honeymoon and my birthday. It was awesome

1. The grounds are huge and immaculate. Truly exceptional. 2. The beach, pools, chairs, etc were also fantastic. 3. The buffet for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve was outstanding in both presentation and quality of food. 4. The bars were well stocked and the drinks were tasty. 5. All the employees seemed happy and were hard working. 6. Brush up on your Spanish as most of the employees speak very little if no English. 7. The food was generally good. Some hit or miss. If you expect 5* food all the time you will be disappointed.
