The rooms were extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. At the reception, there was a gentleman with glasses who stood out for being incredibly helpful and professional. Special mention to Yousef Alaa Elsayed, the lifeguard at the pool. He was always attentive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his job. You could immediately feel his presence, always alert, approachable, and ready to assist without hesitation. Yousef went above and beyond. He made the pool area feel welcoming and safe. He’s a true asset to the hotel team. The restaurant food was another highlight, and the team there deserves credit for their attitude: warm, polite, and hardworking.
