Maria, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming with plenty of good advices. The only point which could be improved is that despite mosquito filters the room was invaded by many mosquitos (could be avoided) but Maria helped quickly by providing spray and electrical anti-mosquito equipment and has solved it immediately. I strongly recommend this address !
