Rosalia was extremely friendly and helpful. Most romantic and peaceful setting ever. The breakfast was also excellent with a different selection of local food and produce everyday. Stunning view.

The host met us and showed us around the flat and gave us information about the area . He brought us fresh fruit from his garden and a bottle of wine and helped us with his luggage. I was sorry to leave after 4 days and fully recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place with fantastic views

- The property justice was really nice and we loved the private spaces (large terrace) and the shared ones - The swimming pool - Everything was clean - Location was great and quite close to great beaches

Nice host, beautiful view. It is close to Lixouri town (5 min) and also 25min to Atheras beach which is wonderful, 15 min to Xi beach. Next to the villa lives host's mom who is very nice and kind.

everything is great.super clean.very comfortable and spacious studio with sea view.front and back patio with chairs/table.fantastic garden and panoramic view.private parking.no mosquitos (even though doors have nets).forestata is an the hill so it is much cooler in the evening on a hot summer day.very good breakfast (even though repetetive).internet was very good with a few stalls here and there.all in all very very good!

The view is fantastic. We saw a lot of rural Kefalonia with this as a base. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So close to Petani Beach, it was perfect.

Beautiful apartments that are brand new and spotless. From the tiled floors, the fully equipped kitchen, the very comfortable beds, the A/C units in two rooms and the fast internet our stay was memorable. Also there is a huge patio furnished where you can enjoy your coffee and meals looking at the sunset. Let's not forget the private parking that gave us a piece of mind. The are owned and managed by the two kind "angels", as I call them, ( cause their names are Angelos and Angeliki) that they also own the "Angelo's pizza" next door. Don't forget to go eat their homemade pizza and huge burgers, pork chops, salads and other items on the menu! Really good 👍 we'll surely be coming back!!

I stayed 13 nights at Villa Elena. Everyday cleaning. Is the first time when the cleaning of the apartament was done with such an accuracy. Spacious apartment with everything you need inside. The person at the reception was very helpful, great English. the location is just less then 10 min from Lixoury. I really recommend Villa Elena!

Very friendly, understanding and sweet owners. We checked in after midnight due to an issue we had on the way, and not once they complained. George was very understanding and accommodating. We even found a sweet surprise and couple of cold water bottles in the fridge. Very thoughtful of them ! The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and removal of trash. The room was big and the kitchen had everything we needed and fully equipped. The veranda was big and great to hung out overlooking the bay. The property is very close to Lixouri and off the main road. Best thing, it has its own parking. I would recommend the property and would stay again if back in Kefalonia.

Fabulous villa and outdoor area, family that own the villa live in the nearby town and were there to meet us when we arrived in late, the villa has everything you would need and location is great.

Spacious apartment. Short walk into town. Nice terrace and gardens. Lovely staff. Surprising swimming pool and bar (we hadn't realised it was a hotel)! Resident white cat (or may have been a small polar bear).

We always stay here when we need a hotel in Lixouri, the pool is big in a beautiful open scenic setting and all the staff and cleaners are super friendly. The location is great close to the local beach and town centre square. We like to have 2 pillows each as there was one each in the room so we asked for extra and got them with no quibble. Great air conditioning which cooled the room quickly and brilliantly well in the heat!

The best location on the most beautiful beach in Kefalonia. We loved everything about our stay. Easy check in and free onsite parking. Kind and helpful staff. Strong wifi throughout the property. Our bed was very comfortable. The unit was well appointed with everything you could need. We chose to cook in our unit, but they have an excellent restaurant on the beach just below the accommodations. We will absolutely stay here again. I love family owned properties.

staff members are very nice and friendly. Clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location is the best. Secluded but not far from Argostoli and Lassi. Have a private beach. Trails. My husband and I saw seals there. Wonderful place. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Asteras Studios! The space was super clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our trip. The location was fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood, which was fantastic to relax. Our host, Chrysa, was incredibly welcoming. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Having a car is recommended. The restaurant have very good Greek food and fantastic view over the ocean

The location, the views, the infinity pool, how there’s a restaurant right there if you need anything, the location was great too.
