Perfect view, very close to a beautiful beach and restaurants but also very quiet and peaceful. The interior of the room is modern and high quality, the bathroom is comfortable .

Great location next to beach

I can’t say enough about this amazing property! Centrally located in Agia Fotia and just a few steps away from the beach and the restaurants. The place was beautiful and our hosts Christo, Rita, and Matina were the best!! They made us feel welcomed from the first minute we got there and we basically became family! They make sure that all your needs are met and keep the place impeccably clean. Our friends also stayed in the apartment beneath us and loved it as well! We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and can’t wait for next year!!

Lovely location, great view, clean comfortable rooms, nice balcony. Stavros is a gem host! Pool open although we did not have a chance to enjoy the inviting area

Everything wast great. The location of the place is very good. The beach is very close to the place. The beach is also nice and clean. It’s very peaceful. Our room had a nice sea view. And it’s also close to 2 nice restaurants, Agira and Bachari. The host, Georgia, is very very friendly and helpful. She is an amazing host. She treated us some drinks when we arrived. She also told us where to go and told us bus schedules very detailed. I highly recommend this place.

Maria was so helpful and kind. The room was really clean. The location was close to sea but you need really a car for this island. Because it is really so big. We did not rent before becouse of that we find so hard a rental car.

The property is as advertised, by the sea and a cute small hotel with amenities in the room. The room was clean. Triantafyllia is an excellent host, she spoiled us with a warm welcome, helpful tips and her gifts 🥹🙏🏼 Chatting with her is a delight. The Chef lady and the breakfast was also amazing. I have to eat gluten free during my treatment due to a health condition, they were kind enough to provide gluten free bread for me🥹💕 The location is also perfect with a great beach right in front of the hotel. Triantafyllia thank you so much again for everything!

I had a great stay at Golden Sand Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was nice and everything was well looked after. The location was excellent, close to a lovely beach and local tavernas, making it easy to enjoy the area. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and somewhere I would happily return to.

Brand new squeaky clean facilities, exceptional location with free parking, just a short walk from the center of Chios. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Prices for 5* hotel were very competitive! Will be going back soon!

The Hotel is located in front of the Sea and the city centre is 10 mins in a walking distance. The Parking is out of the hotel but is controlled by camera. Room was very nice and cleaned and the breakfast was great with a good variety of food.
