High above the sea, but you still get, as others have already mentioned, a fantastic sea view. The owner is very friendly, she left us completely alone, which suits us. The apartment is huge, you have everything you need in it. To visit the city you have to walk very far into the valley, but we knew this in advance and it was not difficult for us to get back up the hill. 10/10 would recommend. Hotel Art hit everything I needed - pets allowed, easy parking, one level with no stairs, a great sea view, and two friendly women at the reception desk. Will return.

The cleanliness was remarkable! The apartment itself perfectly matched the images, and a delightful fragrance greeted us at the door. It was equipped with essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, cleaning products, and hand sanitizer – a thoughtful touch! Every window framed a picturesque view of the beach, with a terrace and a charming balcony adding to the appeal. A lovely beach, just 1 km away, provided an additional highlight. The entire area boasted beautiful beaches, each exuding a captivating charm. The neighborhood emanated a friendly vibe, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The tranquility allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Senj city, characterized by its endearing charm, struck a balance between being practical and avoiding an overwhelming touristy feel. Every minute spent there was thoroughly enjoyed!

The apartment looks very new, super clean, with all facilities you need. The owner is very friendly and helperful. Her father was already waiting in front of the apartment even we arrived half an hour earlier. With great sea view, sunset and mountain castle.

The owners welcomed us at arrival. They were very kind and helpful. We had a great time. The apartment was clean. And it is as shown on the photos. The view was lovely and it is a nice short walk from the beach and the central area with bars & restaurants. We got our daily exercise in by walking up the hill to reach the apartment (which is the case for most accommodations in Senj). Bonus that the owners have some fruit trees around the property that they are happy to share with their guests. We had some fresh figs, grapes and blackberries every day. We loved it! We would happily go back again.

Just great, we liked everything, the hosts are so welcoming, even brought us gifts such as beer and a bowl of plums, when we asked to the washing powder it was brought to us straight away free of charge, there's everything you need even for the long stay, and the private parking is a huge bonus, the house is light and spacious,

Great apartment ! Our hosts were so welcoming and we wish we had been able to stay for longer. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well set up with amenities. The patio is wonderful with a great view of the sea. A short walk to the Centre of town.

Quite possibly the best value private rental holiday property we've stayed in over many years of international travel. Beautiful in every way, spotlessly clean, great location with amazing views from the balcony, & first class host (Daniella met us at the front of the house when we arrived & directed us to our private parking space!). If you're staying in Senj, look no further!

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! I stayed at Apartments Zlatko in Senj from September 16th to October 1st, 2026, and everything was simply perfect. If I could give more than 10 stars, I honestly would! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained and had everything I needed for a long stay. The cleanliness was outstanding, and you can immediately see how much care and attention the hosts put into the property. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. They made me feel at home from the very first moment and were always friendly and available whenever needed. The location is also excellent. Senj is a beautiful and peaceful place, and the apartment is a wonderful base for enjoying the town and the surrounding area. I stayed for more than two weeks and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was above my expectations – the apartment, cleanliness, location, hospitality and especially the hosts. This is one of those places where you leave thinking: “I would happily come back here.” I highly recommend Apartments Zlatko to anyone visiting Senj. Without hesitation, I would stay here again. A truly outstanding experience!

Very good location, amazing view of the sea. The apartment was very clean. Quiet both during the day and at night. The pool is not very large, but it's a plus, especially for children.
