Amazing breakfast with super delicious home made cakes. Great location and lovely interior, very very cute in the night time! Room and bathroom were very clean and beautiful set up. Well designed super clean modern building with lovely pool area and horizon views. Breakfast wonderful with option of outdoor seating. Very helpful staff who helped us with multiple dinner and e-Mountain bike reservations, and with early breakfast on the morning of our departure. This property is convenient to Monte Argentino, Pitigliano, Saturnia, Meremma Park, and best of all the amazing and underrated Feniglia beach. Orbatello is a terrific and authentic small town nearby with great restaurants and a dedicated bike path around the lagoons.

We really enjoyed our cosy room and the possibility to make coffee in the morning, Check in was easy and monica was so nice to adapt to our arrival time. The bathroom was very spacious and I loved the smell of the room and especially the towels :)

The one decidedly positive thing about this lodging is access to a semi-private beach nearby, which is especially nice in the high season when most other beaches are very crowded. It is not however reachable on foot due to a motorway between the property and the beach, but about 5 minutes by car. Another plus are the shaded parking spaces near the house. Also, Antonella and Fernanda were very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts.
