The property was quite unique and not your typical hotel. Incredible views of the sea and a perfect lunch / dinner spot overlooking the Adriatic. The staff were brilliant, especially the lady at reception, Marika who was super helpful. You don’t need a car to get to the hotel, we took a taxi from the airport and reception arranged taxis if we needed to venture out. Would recommend heading along the coast if you have time to Sirolo and Numana for a day trip. Would definitely come back here.

This must be the best property we have ever stayed in : super clean, quiet, spacious, the premises are brand new (renovated) nicely decorated, all amenities work perfectly well, the communication with the owner was easy, she was very reactive. There is a private parking just next to the house. What more to say ? It was absolutely great, so we can only highly recommend this place, which is just beautiful !
