Very clean accommodation, very friendly staff, fun activities like aqua gym and dj night

I think this is so far the best accomodation in Grado! Beautiful view on the Marina through huge windows. The designer did a very good job designing this room. Lots of light during the day, and beautiful starry sky during the night. Absolutely romantic! You will not regret it!

Splendid location, pebble beach with long sandy shallows (suitable for children), 2 caffe bars in the near proximity. The apartment is well placed and well fitted (even a sun umbrella available) and the landlord is supernice, making sure that everything is fine and giving great tips for trips nearby. He speaks German, English and French - impressive! Also, we agreed that the room is much nicer in reality than in the pictures. ;)

A beautifully appointed apartment with everything you could need in a great location, just a minute walk to beach and cafes, Andrea and Sylvia were wonderful hosts providing us with really helpful information. The bed was really comfortable with great pillows .

The property is conveniently located near the beach. The host was friendly and accommodating. She had some breakfast items such as packaged croissants available. The apartment was as described and was well kept. We were able to do a load of laundry while we were there. There were not mini market within walking distance of the apartment. That was not a problem for us because we had a car. Parking was provided which was a plus!

Breakfast was a world class almost buffet with variety of options. The food truck and all the bars are top notch with the best customer service I've ever experienced

Everything was great from start to finish. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The parking was perfect, which made everything very convenient. The location is also excellent — within walking distance of restaurants and the beach, while still being in a peaceful and quiet area. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made our stay even more relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Great location perfect for the last night prior to flying home

Very nice hotel, close to the beach. The on-site parking option was a huge plus. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice, big balcony attached. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we'd had so far in our travels with plenty of food options, all of them delicious.

This hotel was definitely a 4 Star 10 out of 10. The staff is very courteous. The rooms an all facilities were all clean and in good shape. For a hotel near a beach I was very impressed about it. Definitely will come back.

It is a lovely place in a wonderful location, and a fitting end to a week-long tour in northern Italy. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea.
