Our room and balcony was perfect and being across from the beach was heaven. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet and coffee were outstanding!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned quickly, and everyone is very polite. We also really enjoyed the spa and the pool. What deserves special mention are the breakfasts – they are very diverse and delicious. However, despite all of this, I couldn’t give the hotel 5 stars. We paid for parking, which costs €25 per day. Parking here is such a problem that we didn’t regret spending the money at all, BUT for 3 days in a row all the spaces were completely full and there weren’t enough spots for several cars. Honestly, this was very frustrating, but not even the main issue. When I went up to the reception to ask them to solve this problem somehow, the man working there was extremely rude. Usually, there are girls and a young guy at the desk, and they always quickly send someone downstairs to help park the car outside of the marked spots temporarily. But this time, I asked this man why the same situation happens every day, and he started lying to me. He said that in the mornings it sometimes happens because some guests have already checked in and others haven’t checked out yet. When I told him that checkout is at 12 and check-in at 3, and that we couldn’t find a parking spot late in the evening, he just started ignoring me and talking to another employee. I waited and repeated my question, and then his female colleague started answering me. But he snapped his fingers right in front of her face several times and began speaking to her very aggressively in Italian. I don’t know if this is considered normal here, but I was shocked that he allowed himself to treat women like that. By the way, he never actually answered my question – he just told me to go to the parking lot and wait. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes, while on the previous days it only took about 5 minutes.

Very modern hotel, very clean and a perfect breakfast

The host and the apartment is great! Giancarlo is amazing and very hospitable. He came pick us up and drop us from/to the train station. He also provided fresh fruits from his garden. He has lots of treats for us too! He really went his way to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is also amazing! It is actually bigger compared to what you see in the photos. It is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a bus stop near it. It is complete. It has everything you need. Amazing amazing!
