Goran is very nice and helpful. Responds promptly with a smile. Location is great. Good restaurant 100 meters away. Ferry is next to restaurant as well as a small grocery store. 2 ways to Kotor. Fast is 20 minutes away, scenic depends on the amount of stops. Awesome views around.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay’s View in Lepetane and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro and especially the Bay of Kotor. The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed having our morning coffee while overlooking the bay, and the sunsets were beautiful. The location was perfect for exploring Montenegro. Being just a minute from the Lepetane–Kamenari ferry made it easy to reach different parts of the bay without long drives. Tivat, Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, and Luštica were all within easy reach. Our hosts, Ivan and Tamara, were kind, responsive, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions we had. The check-in process was smooth, and we truly felt welcomed. Thank you for a memorable stay ♥️ we would happily come back!

Nice apartment. Air conditioned in both rooms. Clean. Close to the beach We are family of 5. Stayed for one night only. The host met us at the arrival. Explained everything..... Very good place. Close to restaurants....

Very pleasant hosts, and the apartments are small but cozy. We were very satisfied with our stay. We especially loved the location — a bit away from the city center, so it’s not as noisy. Plus, there are several swimming spots nearby.

The host was excellent, kind and caring. They welcomed us with bread/ cheese/ turkey slices and tomatoes. They didn’t have to. Very friendly. They were staying downstairs, so were available if we needed anything. The owner , very kindly offered to drop us at the airport, although we didn’t take the offer as we were travelling elsewhere. Excellent neighbourhood and very friendly people. Relatively quiet location and perfect for unwinding. There is a small shop nearby ie 2 to 3 minute walk from the apartment and next to it , a bus stop and a decent restaurant . For anything else it’s a 1-2 mile journey by taxi/ bus .Also very close to the beach. Nice mountain/ side sea view where you can get glimpses of large cruise liners going past. The apartment has all that you need for self catering -fridge/Electric hob / microwave/ iron / Air-conditioning. The flat was super clean too.

Amazing view and close to the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. The room was comfortable and spacious. The place is located up on a hill, with sharp and steep turns but it’s not that long and driving up is doable. You can even hear the music from the town past midnight, which we enjoyed. The cats outside in the morning were cute too.

I've never been to a hotel before where they give you such considered and personal service. Aleksandra and her team went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Hotel Capitano. The hotel itself is tucked away by the ferry port - and just to say that the windows are good so you can't hear anything. I was a solo traveller and Aleksandra was kind enough to drive me herself to a nearby beach she recommended. Luka was fantastic and accommodating and very impressive with the languages he quickly changed through according to the guests. It's well worth having the dinner on the nights they offer it, the seafood is beautiful. And as a non- Chardonnay- liking person, I loved the Montenegrin Chardonnay! The staff help you find the best routes to the nearby places, like Perast and Herceg Novi, and it's a lovely home base to come back to. I chose this hotel because I saw other solo travellers had found it so lovely, and I'm glad I did the same, but there were lots of nice couples as well. Everyone was very polite and friendly to each other, while letting each other be. I couldn't recommend Hotel Capitano enough.

The apartment had a beautiful view, and the owner/manager was very welcoming and friendly. Although the location is a little outside the city, it was very convenient for me as we had a car, and the ferry is almost directly in front of the property, making it easy to get around.

The staff, the rooms were amazing The pool and whole area is small but good.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the apartment had all the small details you might need at home – everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent: very close to the sea, just 500 meters from the ferry, and in only 15 minutes you can be in the heart of Tivat. Most importantly, the hosts were truly amazing – always available, kind, and ready to help at any time of the day or night. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome and cared for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would gladly come back again!

Very cozy place right by the bay

Excellent location, convenient garage parking. Hotel calls reliable taxis too. Delicious breakfast with views. Extraordinary staff- kind friendly and kid friendly! Safe, secure and clean updated rooms and bathrooms. Beach area and beach side amenities (food, umbrellas, lounge area) are fantastic. New well designed Mediterranean hotel! SUP board rental is a 5 minute walk and they deliver boards and oars and pick them up from the hotel top. Tivat airport is a 12 minute car ride, Porto Montenegro is a 5 min car ride with excellent shopping, restaurants, art galleries and boardwalk. Great place to stay if you want to explore culture, food and sites around Tivat.

Perfectly located near the ferry terminal, this hotel offers spacious and quiet rooms that are beautifully decorated and equipped with brand-new amenities. Apartment was big with amazing views. Apartment has absolutely everything you need. Pool and beach are nice. Truly luxury stay!
