Absolutely Amazing place. The location and view is possibly the best view in all of Kotor Bay. We had the second floor which had a balcony where we could have our meals overseeing the bay and the sunset over the mountains. The host and family are all very nice and helpful. The location also has an outdoor barbecue (you need charcoal), which is great since there are local fish/seafood markets or stores. The rooms are a good size, the beds and linens are also good. The location is a 7 minute walk (1 minute ride) to a local grocery store (small one). A bigger one is 12 minute walk (5minute ride). The place has its own dedicated dock where the hosts provide chairs and sun parasols.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Kotor. The location was perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront and about 40 minutes on foot to the Old Town, which made exploring the area really convenient. When we didn’t feel like walking, taxis were easy to find and cost between 7–10 euros. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - including a full kitchen and much-needed air conditioning for the summer heat! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Our host, Kristina, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We also recommend My World Massage, located just a 2-minute walk from the apartment - the staff were friendly, and it was honestly one of the best massages I've had in a long time. We stayed for 10 days and used a hire car to explore the rest of the country. Driving was fairly straightforward, although traffic can get quite busy during the summer months. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kotor. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this is the perfect base. We would definitely stay here again! Lisa, Tim & Ollie

Nice room with huge bathroom. We got garden facing room with nice little garden for morning coffee. There is also bigger area 10m away with fridges and tables for breakfast. Room is unlike any other, zen style with a lot of details that will make you calm and relaxed. Remi is very pleasant, always smiling and ready to help. Apartments are first row to sea, with small beach, so it is easy to go back to room for any needs.

Beautiful view! Lovely balcony to sit and watch the bay. The road in front is quiet and perfect for walking or cycling along the seaside. Extremely friendly hosts. Very hot shower.

Great boutique hotel situated in the Dorada area of Kotor. The rooftop jacuzzi was especially great. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Rooms very comfortable with luxury feel.
