Very relaxed atmosphere run by a lovely couple who made us feel so welcome in their home. The room is big with a lovely balcony to watch the sunset from. Beautiful location right on the beach and the town has a very friendly feel. Great breakfast served in the garden with a view of the ocean. The pool and the local beaches. Karine getting rolls for our lunch and adding some salad. Everyday day you are waking up by the ocean. Jerome and Karine are simple a great humans. They will provide you with all the info to do great activities. They have great contacts. Kayaks available! They makes as feel like at home from day one. Albion is such a little gem out of crowds. You have the chance to meet other travellers and share your experiences. We didn't want to leave ! The location is right on the beach, so you can stay locally if not in the mood to travel. The village is picturesque and quiet. The accommodation is the closest you can get in Mauritius to a boutique hotel, but at very low prices. I highly recommend this place. Nice big rooms, good A/C, stable and fast free WIFI, and a fine central location to explore the island (it is a one hour drive to the north, and one hour drive to the south).
