This hotel is brand new in front of the beach entrance but in the quiet corner of La Punta . From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond - they were exceptionally warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. The absolute highlight, though, was the breathtaking view from both , my suite and the rooftop. An unforgettable stay i recomend it 100% Special tks to Paulina and Noa Hope to come back soon

They were so helpful when I arrived after midnight. The property is great and comfortable. It is just next to a huge market with vendors and food. It’s also easy to get colectivos from the road there. The other guests were nice and there are many activities offered. Some guests said they could see whales from the rooftop one morning

Location was amazing and the property manager was kind, helpful and responsive. We had a care and it was easy to park on the street nearby. We loved the balcony, air conditioner and the apartment layout.

Everything else is great value for your money. No AC, but a fan is provided. Large comfortable bed and private bathroom. Neighbours were quiet. Very well organized kitchen. You get your own hammock which is a nice touch.

Incredible design. Beautiful brutalist architecture. stunning rooftop views, pools, details throughout. In the center of Punta Zicatela. Food, drinks, amenities all felt luxurious. The staff, Lorenza, Patrick and Manuel went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I lost my phone at one point in town and Manuel jumped in to help immediately. Warm bunch of people, will definitely come back here again soon. The space is even more impressive than the photos ✨

We love the spiral star case, the pool, the kitchen, the room was so cute, the ambiance and vive, and so close to beach!

Great location — just far enough away to be quiet but plenty close enough for walking to town. Sergio went above and beyond to be helpful where needed! I would stay here again.

Everything was great. It was private and peaceful. It’s located in Los Tamarindos which is very walkable to the main strip of La Punta as well as the nightlife of Zicatela. Views from the rooftop are very good as well. Pool is nice and relaxing.

Great location near to the beach and the main street but far enough from the noise. The check in was very easy and we were able to store our bags before and after our stay. The breakfast was delicious and a great value add. The internet worked fine and water pressure was good. They also have AC. The host is lovely! Great stay!

The host is amazing! Upon arrival I got a room upgrade since there was a room with a balcony that was free - super kind! Everyday the room was cleaned, the AC and fan work perfectly! Check out time is 12h the latest, however, because my room was not booked for the night, I could use the room until I head to leave for my nightbus. This all without anything in exchange! Truly exceptional experience, would recommend this place to anyone coming to Puerto Escondido!

The location is fantastic close to the sea and all the restaurants and shops from la Punta. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and quiet, we could rest by the pool and take a swim. The cafe/bar is not expensive and serves refreshing drinks.

The location was just perfect, easy to get to all the good places, and the architecture was so beautiful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the suite with a kitchenette was wonderful, the pool was perfect to cool off and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The pool and the rooftop were perfect but the fact that they try to charge you for everything it's kind of uncomfortable. I think you can find a better use of your money somewhere else

This hotel is fabulous and is a beautiful space to experience the best of contemporary Mexican rustic-chic style and cuisine. The garden, the architecture and the decor are gorgeous. The food is refined and super delicious. The service is impeccable and their are so many thoughtful details. The price, location and view are excellent. If you don’t stay here, at least go and enjoy the restaurant.
