Beach Hotels in Rangiroa

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves, dolphin watchpoint is walkable. There is a decent fast food place at the sight. One of the days it wasn't open (unknown to us), and the hostess brought us a sandwich so we'd have something for breakfast.

Fantastic house and a wonderful location. Simone is a great host and always made sure we had everything we needed. She helped organize transportation and gave us suggestions.

Great host, super clean, great views! You can even spot black tip sharks

It was great having free bicycles at our disposal with safety vest and lights. The private beach was a big plus too. And the laundry machine.

Fantastic home away from home. Everything we could ask for. A previous review complained about hot water but this was obviously resolved and was perfect. We loved being here and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful location! Kayaks, snorkeling and bikes all at this location make this location perfect. Comfortable bed, everything you need to cook. Restaurants were also good. Chez Lili, Teina et Marie, and Josephine’s (for lunch and watched the dolphins from our table)

Great location , Pearl is great!! Good recommendations for food and activity on the island, readily available and picks you up and drops off at the airport, highly recommend

Beautiful, quiet spot not far from Avatoru village. Easy bike ride (provided by host) to good restaurants - Chez Rua, Antoinette and a pizza wagon. Super lovable dog and cat, Kahlua and Meme (see pics) on property. Tauhere has done an amazing job on the space and the grounds.

Spacious housing on a very convenient location on Rangiroa island, close to the pass. Friendly host and good self catering facilities. Value for money balanced.

The host-Hinari- is exeptional! She took us in her car all around the island, showed us local " hang out" for nurse sharks, gave us tips on eating out, let us use her bikes. The bungalow is spotless clean and everything in great working condition. A big bonus - drinking water is provided. Transfers were included. A nice fridge is a plus.

Perfect little private oasis. There’s a separate small building for the bedroom with air conditioning. The private bathroom and kitchen are in their own building with no air conditioning (we moved a floor fan from the bedroom to the kitchen). There is a picnic table under a thatched roof and a hammock, and an outdoor shower and clothesline. Laundry machines and pedal bikes were a great perk. We biked all over the island. If you’re a scuba diver, 6 Passengers dive shop is nearby (and they have a shuttle). We were able to wash and dry our gear fully before heading home thanks to the amenities at the tiny house. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Blue Lagoon Villa exceeded every expectation we had for our stay in Rangiroa. Jonathan and Kateryna don't simply provide a beautiful place to stay—they genuinely care about helping you experience the very best of the island. Before we even arrived, Jonathan took the time to recommend activities that completely changed our trip. Because of his advice, we booked Rangiroa Jet Ski Tours with Tapu instead of one of the typical boat excursions. It became one of the highlights of our entire French Polynesia adventure. This wasn't a "ride around the resort" experience. We explored places many visitors never see, including Bird Island, the Green Lagoon, Blue Lagoon, drift snorkeling at Avatoru Pass, and even swimming with large sleeper sharks. It was an unforgettable adventure that our daughter and I will remember for the rest of our lives. Jonathan also recommended Leon's Reef Tour, another outstanding experience. Seeing dolphins both on the way out and on the return made it one of Rosa's favorite days of the entire trip. The villa itself is exceptional. Everything is modern, thoughtfully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The welcome amenities were appreciated, especially the little essentials we didn't even realize we'd need. We also loved learning that the property is powered by solar energy and batteries and that Jonathan is actively involved in coral restoration projects. It's wonderful to stay somewhere that genuinely cares about protecting the environment that makes Rangiroa so special. The location is ideal, placing you almost perfectly in the middle of the atoll, making it equally convenient to explore either direction. Then there's Kateryna's cooking. Do yourself a favor and book at least one dinner at the villa. Better yet, book several. The fresh fish—caught that very morning—was among the best we've ever eaten anywhere in the world.

We stayed in the overwater bungalow and it was fabulous. Clean, comfortable bungalow with a breathtaking view. So fun swimming off our private dock (careful at night though, we spotted a shark!). The rainshower was amazing and the bath products, so luxurious. We appreciate that the resort was smaller than others in Polynesia and not overcrowded. We liked the complimentary access to snorkeling gear and kayaks. We went scuba diving with Blue Velvet (by The 6 Passengers) located on the premises. Food was great, the buffet for the Polynesian show night was yummy! Also, if you want to stay longer after check out, they offer a “transit” bungalow to shower in. It is a pricey stay but worth it for a special occasion!

Hinamoe Lodge stay was amazing. Christian welcomed us and showed us the stay, they live right next to the property. Once you open the door you can directly see the lagoon, and sometimes you can even spot a black tip reef shark wandering close to the shore. The room has AC which was great, and we were cooking meals and sitting outside looking at the ocean. There is really good snorkeling right there with sharks. The kitchen is pretty much perfect and has everything you need, it even has a water filter and a microwave which was super helpful. The stay is also close to all the main diving centers, so it’s very convenient if you’re planning to dive in Rangiroa. Overall the stay was comfortable, peaceful, and the location right on the lagoon made it completely worth it.

Pierre and motire went above and beyond to make sure our 3day stay went well. We were there during the new year holiday so a lot of places were closed. Pierre booked both the tour excursions for us plus also arranged a couple of dinners that he cooked with finesse. Breakfast and airport transfers were great. Rangiroa is a great place to go if ure into diving and snorkeling. The place is oceanfront and there is a constant breeze so we did not feel the need for ac.
