The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was adequate at night. They have some hidden outlets to charge your devices. Having drinks on the deck overlooking the water at night was the highlight.

Just a really nice stay. We enjoyed the tub and our breakfasts were great! We rented a scooter and that was a blast. Unfortunately they were paving the road out front and it did make things for everyone a bit difficult but no big deal. The roads have to be worked on at sometime. We also enjoyed that the property was located on its own beach area with the pier. All in all a nice stay.

A really clean, comfortable, modern small hotel on the ocean with sea views from every room. The villas had interesting technology such as voice control, automatic aircon, and a fully automated toilet. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. They also provided free mini-bar and free sparkling wine every day. Free transfer to/from the port. The staff were very friendly, professional, and eager to assist the guests. We were very pleased with the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the variety was plentiful for both Western and Thai dishes. The seafood was very fresh, and prices were good value for money. Breakfast was included and more than enough food. The Chef is really talented, friendly and eager to please guests.

IP Plus surprized us with a private "cabin-like" room set in a beautiful, quiet lush garden. We had our own lanai complete with chairs and a table. We felt like part of the family when staying at IP Plus. The staff knew us and helped us with transport to and from the Ferry and suggested places to see on the island. The room was spacious and clean. There were free to guests beach chairs and umbrellas just outside the hotel and a fire show each night. We ordered spring rolls and fried prawns, along with pina coladas and beer right on the beach! If you are looking to relax on the beach and slow things down, would totally recommend IP Plus as a place to stay!

The property was facing the beach, despite it being semi-small, the rooms were well sized and clean. The facilities were great and mostly the staff were all welcoming and warm, definitely would stay again.
