Very welcoming... Most I liked was the attitude towards guests. Budget guest house but space felt rich - large room, easy hosts, and way they wanted to 'give' to guests be it free bicycle offer, bananas in the tray, water bottle loaded in fridge or that extra pack of chips and cookies in the room along with kettle and coffee. Very close to beach, just have to cross the road but enough distance from the road to be quiet. Would have stayed longer if it was not to the very end of my vacation!

Incredible vibe here. Has the quiet beach club vibe without sounding excessively loud. Two pools available for the kids, one was nearer to the hotel building and the other pool was right next to the beach. Both were lovely. Outdoor entertainment by the beach included horse riding and watersports. Breakfast variety was great. There is also a kid's room in the hotel, with a decent variety of toys for when the kids didn't want to do outdoor activities. Hotel was a straight 10-15-min drive down to the city centre and the night markets of Hua Hin. Very lifestyle design, everywhere was picturesque. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing and doing their best to make our stay comfortable! The view from their Zweed restaurant at sunset was breathtaking. Private beach access was great. We enjoyed the nature feel with the roosters, birds and trees around the property.

It's a lovely apartment! Enough for the three of us and the building has so many amenities, it's perfect for a long term stay. We loved the pool and our son loved the kid's room. Bicycles are a must here because then you can explore all of Cha-am and surrounding area. Owner was really responsive and even cleaned the apartment halfway through the stay. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
