What was not to love, great communication with the host. Super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A gorgeous beach front location, clean, spacious, fresh property with great amenities

The location was good; a morning walk to the beach was always a welcome experience, especially with the beautiful East African sunrise. The staff were helpful, and a good breakfast was served every morning. We opted to have dinner at the hotel because there was always a special treat and dish every night, including lobsters freshly caught from the sea! We also had goat's head prepared, Zanzibar style. The head staff went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Good housekeeping, a clean pool to cool off in the heat of the day, and exceptional overall service. I highly recommend this place

I LOVED everything about this hotel! The personal touches, the cleanliness, the food!! Oh my goodness, it was just the perfect place to stay. Honestly, I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my first (and solo) trip to Zanzibar. Merissa and Simon have put a great deal of sweat and love into this place. Merissa in particular was so friendly and helpful. For instance, when I first arrived, my suitcase didn't arrive with me but Merissa went out of her way to make me comfortable, lending me swimwear, shorts and tshirts ❤️ so kind and considerate! She made great recommendations of the local area. The food was so good, I didn't feel the need to go elsewhere 🥰 and the breakfast kept me full until lunch and was fantastic.

the first thing is that the manager on duty makes a huge difference. And Charlotte was a gracious and friendly host. I was feeling sick and she provided help as possible. and always open to feedback and improvements. the place is right on the beach. it’s next to diving center and also kite surfing. quiet and not too crowded. about 15 mins away is Paje with more shops and activities. there is a nice pool here. rooms are tasteful— not luxury, but nice. food was amazing. try the jumbo shrimp appetizer and chicken strips.

Upon arrival, we were immediately stunned by how beautiful the house and the garden were. The rooms are splendid and so comfortable ! The beach is only a minute away, crystal clear and never crowded, probably the most underrated in Zanzibar. What we appreciated even more is how much effort was put into making ZamZam House an authentic and ethical location that is truly within the village and respectful of its landscape. We have felt at home during our stay and part of the local community, which made it so much more enjoyable. Special thanks to Rose, the host, for being so welcoming and helpful, and Tungo for his delicious breakfasts every morning. An amazing location held by amazing people !

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place felt very cozy and comfortable from the beginning. The location is great, right in Jambiani, close to both the main road and the beach, which made everything very convenient. I also felt very safe thanks to the private security who was always available. The private pool was definitely a highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. There was always fresh drinking water available, which I really appreciated. Small details like having hot water and a reliable electricity supply made a big difference. Overall, everything felt very smooth and well organized. Christine and her team took great care of me throughout my stay. The host was always very responsive and replied quickly whenever I had a question, which made everything very easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

First time I stay at a place that is actually better than the photos! Absolutely incredible place, our best in Zanzibar by far. The villa in perfectly maintained, the chef’s food is best we had so far. Ralu and Lee and very welcoming. Really really recommend.

I liked everything and enjoyed every cultural experience at Pamoja Beach Stays!! I was treated like family and like the only guest staying at the 11-room Villa. The staff went above and beyond to create memorable moments for me during my stay. Breakfast was amazing, tasty and always punctually served. The breakfast presentation was also remarkable. The Chef and serving staff were outstanding, friendly, and passionate about preparing food and serving guests. The Dadas took special care in cleaning and decorating my room. Their attention to detail, designs, and thoughtfulness was surprising and breathtaking.

We had the opportunity to stay at Dhow Resort during our honeymoon and everything was above our expectations. The room was very good, with hygiene products and air conditioning available, proper cleaning and a nice view. The really great thing about this hotel was the restaurant/bar. Everything we ate and drunk was amazing. We did all our meals there and everything was top notch. We also noticed that people from other hotels nearby come to eat their meals there. On top of that, the prices were very fair for the quality they offer. The pool area was also great. It was always clean and with a plenty of chairs to relax, what we really valued because swimming in the ocean is not always possible due to tides. Finally, all the staff was really amazing: the receptionist Fariq, Salehe, responsible for security, all cleaning ladies and staff from restaurant/bar. They were all very nice and attentive. Keep the good work!

Its like a dream house right in front of the beach. The palm trees, the pool, the beach, the staff, the quiet and chill… perfect!

Fantastic stay in Jambiani, super cozy place with pool and beach front. But what is important is the attention to detail. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy and having fun. Super accommodating with requests. Also they take care of the place, cleaning the sand away, racking the sand, cleaning the sun loungers. So everything is neat and inviting. Breakfast was included for us and was good, start the day right before some sightseeing or kite surfing adventures. The kids loved swimming to the boats anchored in front. There 1000 places to stay, but this place was so good I would come back here instead of risking another spot. Plus Jambiani is the nicest place on the island.

I love the cozy beachfront location

Tony, was a wonderful host who managed for us to be picked up at the airport and also arranged for several more rides to several places. The pool was refreshing. The beach was a nearby walk as was the turtle sanctuary which we enjoyed learning about. There was a restaurant that served good food and had a roof top view. A good breakfast was served daily. Fresh papaya, pineapple and watermelon. Tropical fruit juice was delicious. The tea was ok, but they only had instant coffee and I would recommend they at least make coffee. Overall, I would highly recommend this small, quiet and cozy Inn.

Great beach front location, and pool . The food was fantastic value for money with great big breakfast and an even bigger 3 course dinner . Staff were very nice .

The staff was amazing and attentive, definitely the best place to stay in when you're in Jambiani .
