From the moment I arrived at the hotel. I was impressed. The lobby had a warm, sophisticated ambiance, and the front desk staff were courteous and professional. My room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design. Breakfast was fresh and well-presented, with a good variety of options.

Juana villas is in a very quiet place in Makunduchi. No one bothered us on the beach!!!The view from the villa is amazing, very close to the ocean (directly on the beach). The ocean was beautiful and warm. The breakfast was awesome, such a variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some nice recommendations of activities. The pool was great. We loved our room, well cleaned everyday. Everyone ensured that we had everything we needed and provided excellent service. We definitely recommend this hotel! Location is also great because of Paje and Mtende beach which are close by.

This is a heaven. I enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The shows or some kind of entertainment is provided at 8 pm. House reef is excellent. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a family!

It’s my personal 11/10. Location is great, one of the best beaches in my life. Room was wonderful — new, fresh well designed, fully equipped according to European standards which are much higher comparing to local: coffee machine, cotton pads, and other good things, which are not typical for even top Zanzibar hotels. Bed on the wheels - you can enjoy night stars from your balcony! Food in the restaurant was amazing! The view is lovely and instagrammable. Well done, guys, thanks for such a good experience, we enjoyed a lot!

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and made my vacation very relaxing. They helped book some excursions for us and the prices included any fees and taxi service. They were very attentive and always asked if everything was okay. We had our room cleaned every day which was nice, especially since we were bound to have sand in our room from the beach. The location was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing beaches. Only a short drive to Paje if you are looking for more action. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
